Benedum Visits PRP for Dirt Track World Championship

Friday night saw Mike Benedum return to action at Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) for the 39th annual Rhino Ag Dirt Track World Championship. With a stout field of 66 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series entries on hand, Benedum followed up the 11th fastest time in his qualifying group with an 8th place finish in his heat.

Transferring into the B-Main on Saturday for another shot at the $100,000-to-win main event, Mike fell short with an 11th place outing.
