| July 12th, 2014 - Mixed Bag of Weekend Results for Benedum Motorsports |
 Mike Benedum took his #25 BSI Well Service/Longhorn/Roush Yates Racing Engine Super Late Model into battle over the weekend at Elkins Raceway (Elkins, West Virginia). The newly formed Elite 8 Super Late Model Tour sanctioned a doubleheader of racing action that began on Friday night with a $5,000-to-win program. Mike timed in eighth quickest overall during qualifications, and went on to win his heat race to lock into the eighth starting spot for the feature. During the course of the 50 lapper Benedum settled to a twelfth place finish in the final rundown.
On Saturday evening another $5,000 top prize was posted for competitors, and Mike would top the speed charts in qualifications before winning the dash to lock into the pole position for the finale with Devin Moran alongside. Moran jumped to the lead at the outset of the 50-lapper, while Benedum battled amongst the top five for much of the event before crossing the finish line in fourth behind race winner, Devin Moran, Mason Zeigler, and Cody Hardesty. | July 4th, 2014 - Busy Fourth of July Weekend for Benedum Motorsports |
 Mike Benedum set out to enter a trio of event over the Fourth of July weekend. Action got underway on Wednesday night at Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex (Markelysburg, Pennsylvania) with a $10,000-to-win program, which was sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. A stout field of thirty-seven Super Late Model registered for battle. Unfortunately Mike battled the handle on his #25 BSI Well Service/Longhorn/Roush Yates Racing Engine entry throughout the night, ultimately failing to reach a transfer spot into the 50 lap finale.
The ultra-competitive LOLMDS tour took the team to Muskingum County Speedway (Zanesville, Ohio) on Thursday night for another $10,000-to-win event. Thirty-three entries registered for the program, and a third place finish in heat race action locked Benedum into the ninth starting spot for the 50 lap main event. In the feature Mike battled amongst the top ten throughout the event before recording a ninth place finish at the checkered flag. Full results from both events are available at www.LucasDirt.com

The weekend drew to a close as the team entered familiar territory at Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, West Virginia) on Saturday night. Mike set fast time overall and drew an invert of six for the dash. He went on to finish fifth in the dash after suffering mechanical issues. In the feature Benedum roared from his third row starting spot to overtake Stevie Wilmoth for the victory. Full results from the event are available at
