August 3rd, 2014 - Benedum Lands Podium Finish at Tyler County

A $1,500 winner's check was on the line as the team entered the annual Bud Weigle Memorial at The Bullring. Mike blazed to fast time honors in his #25 BSI Well Service/Longhorn/Roush Yates Racing Engine Super Late Model, and came from sixth in the dast to claim the win. As a result he would start on the pole for the finale. Benedum bolted to the race led at the drop of the green flag, and led for much of the race before coming up short at the checkered flag. Mike recorded a fourth place finish behind race winner, Steve Wilmoth, Mike Smith, and Daniel Hill. Full results from the event are available at www.TylerCountySpeedwayOnline.com
